• Hand wash only or dry clean when needed.• Pleated abayas must not be washed in a washing machine and should not be ironed to preserve the pleats.• Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.• Hang to dry away from direct sunlight.• Use a steamer on non-pleated styles only if needed.• Store in a cool, dry place to maintain fabric quality.

You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery and refuse it immediately if it does not meet your expectations. In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.

Exchange and Return Terms

•⁠ ⁠Exchange requests can be made within 14 business days from the date of receiving the order. Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all accessories, attached tags, and the original label tag attached to the abaya.
•⁠ ⁠Online exchanges are available through the shipping company within 14 business days from the date of receiving the order. Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange in order to maintain product quality and safety.
•⁠ ⁠Returns are available only through the store location and must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order. We currently do not offer return services through shipping companies. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original accessories, tags, and the hand label.
•⁠ ⁠Discounted products or items included in special offers are not eligible for return. However, they may be exchanged within 14 business days of receipt, provided they meet all exchange eligibility requirements stated above.
