Exchange & Return Policy

 

Please make sure to check your order (size and model) before making payment to the courier.

You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery and refuse it immediately if it does not meet your expectations. In this case, only the shipping fees will be charged.

Exchange & Return Conditions

* Exchanges can be requested within 14 business days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and tags, including the original product tag attached to the abaya.
* Online exchanges are available through the shipping company within 14 business days from the date of receiving the order. Damaged, altered, washed, or non-original-condition products cannot be exchanged, in order to maintain product quality and safety.
* Returns are available only through the store location and must be requested within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order. We currently do not offer return services through shipping companies. To complete a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original accessories and tags.
* Discounted products or items purchased under special offers are not eligible for return. They may only be exchanged within 14 business days from the date of receipt, provided that all exchange conditions mentioned above are met.

يرجى التأكد من مراجعة طلبك (المقاس والموديل) قبل سداد المبلغ لمندوب الشحن.

يحق لك معاينة طلبك عند الاستلام ورفضه فورًا إذا لم يكن مطابقًا لتوقعاتك، وفي هذه الحالة يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن فقط.

شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع

 

* يمكن طلب الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة، مع جميع الملحقات والبطاقات المرفقة، بما في ذلك بطاقة المنتج الأصلية المثبتة على العباية.

* يتوفر الاستبدال أونلاين من خلال شركة الشحن خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب. ولا يمكن استبدال المنتجات التالفة أو المعدلة أو المغسولة أو التي ليست بحالتها الأصلية، حفاظًا على جودة المنتجات وسلامتها.

* الاسترجاع متاح من خلال مقر المتجر فقط، ويجب طلبه خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب. ولا نوفر حاليًا خدمة الاسترجاع عبر شركات الشحن. ولإتمام عملية الاسترجاع، يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، مع جميع الملحقات والبطاقات الأصلية المرفقة.

* المنتجات المخفضة أو المشمولة بالعروض الخاصة غير قابلة للاسترجاع، ويمكن استبدالها فقط خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط استيفاء جميع شروط الاستبدال المذكورة أعلاه.
