Exchange & Return Policy

Please make sure to check your order (size and Model) before making payment to the courier.

You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery and refuse the item immediately if it does not meet your expectations. In this case, only the shipping fees will apply.

Exchange & Return Conditions

* Exchanges and returns must be requested within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
* Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and tags attached, including the barcode tag.
* Online exchanges are available through our courier service within 14 working days of receiving your order.
* Returns are accepted through our store only. We do not currently offer returns through courier services.

* Sale and discounted items are non-refundable. They may only be exchanged through our store branch.
